*Provider Information: The Adventist CHIP Association holds a provider number from the California Board of Registered Nursing. Most state boards of nursing recognize CEUs offered by other states than their own. The American Dietetic Association has qualifying guidelines for CEUs. It is the responsibility of the registered dietitian to determine if this program qualifies. Brochures and a certificate will be provided.
