Early Bird Registration Package Rates end October 28, 2009
- 4-Day Package: $295/Spouse $265 —With 11 meals (Wednesday supper to Sunday breakfast). Includes all Summit activities. Choose either Basic or Advanced Leadership Workshop.
- 3-Day Package: $245/Spouse $215 —With 8 meals (Thursday supper to Sunday breakfast). No workshops. Includes Thursday evening opening session, Friday scientific sessions, and all weekend events.
- Weekend Package: $185/Spouse $155 —With 5 meals (Friday supper to Sunday breakfast). Includes all weekend events beginning Friday evening.
- Scientific Friday only: Must pre-register, not with Plusline, but by calling 423-546-4719 ET. The rate is $150/Spouse $120--With Friday dinner and supper. LLU students may attend free with ID. Does not include meals. Must also pre-register by calling 423-546-4719 ET after November 12.
- Sabbath only: Space is limited. Call 423-546-4719 ET after November 12 to confirm available seating and to purchase meal tickets.
$55 late fee added to all package rates after October 28, 2009.

- Specially prepared, CHIP-approved meals
- Programs featuring nationally recognized speakers on physical and spiritual health
Packages Do Not Include:
- Accommodations
- Leadership CHIP Operations & Resource Manaual. Required one/church and sold on site ($85)
- Basic Training Workshop Workbook. Required one/person or couple and sold on site ($10)
- Transportation between accommodations and Conference Center
- CHIP DVD set or any other program materials for conducting the basic CHIP class.
